After working in the cleaning industry for several years, Alison investigated why so many companies had problems with their cleaning service and why, very few were satisfied with their cleaning company. The results showed these problems occurred because of demoralised/untrained staff, cleaning materials/equipment provided was of poor quality and there was little or no communication between the cleaning company and their client.
